  1. If you update to 2.7.1, you should see this in there now
  2. I've just popped out 2.7.1 which reverts the LC_CTYPE change - would you mind updating and trying this out? I'm keen to close this issue! Cheers, Andrew
  3. This checkbox specifically relates to Safari bookmarks and works using OS X's metadata. If you have already tried rebuilding the OS X Metadata (from the shortcut in Alfred's Advanced preferences), then perhaps try quitting Safari and removing this folder in your home folder: ~/Library/Caches/Metadata/Safari When you restart Safari, this folder will be recreated and after a few seconds (or up to a minute), the bookmarks metadata should be available again and you'll be able to search bookmarks in Alfred (and Spotlight). Cheers, Andrew [moving to help forum]
  4. Hmm this is off the back of this post: http://www.alfredforum.com/topic/5582-sensible-defaults-or-a-clear-explanation-of-escaping-options/?p=34485 I'll look into this today and get a fix out!
  5. This isn't currently possible, but it's likely that this will come at some point in the future to bring the behaviour inline with the remote pages "Hide from this Mac"
  6. You really shouldn't be experiencing corruption of this DB... is there anything you can think of which is triggering it? Such as non-graceful OS X shutdowns?
  7. I can't reproduce what you have described, but the confirm option is changing in the next release to be on iOS and not your Mac which may indirectly change the behaviour you are seeing. Cheers, Andrew
  8. I actually already have a ticket for this, I'll add a note and link it to this thread to see what I can do Cheers, Andrew
  9. You could probably find a free bonjour testing app on the app store... but my guess is that because bonjour works using mDNS and does multicast broadcasts, that these broadcasts aren't correctly hopping across both routers. Have you checked both routers to make sure wireless isolation is disabled?
  10. You could in fact disable the default contacts search and use a workflow for this, like this one with keyword 'c': https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6749767/Alfred/Workflows/Contacts%20filter%20like%20v1.alfredworkflow Cheers, Andrew
  11. I've just taken a look at this as you should be able to use cmd+o to open the result in Dictionary.app but this appears to not be working as expected. I'll fix this so in the next release, you can use cmd+o on a spelling result to open the selected result (word) in Dictionary. Cheers, Andrew
  12. I'm wondering if the two routers are causing the issue... have you tried temporarily disabling the Asus so that all coms are going through the D-Link?
  13. By default, Alfred searches a subset of files to keep things clean, and md isn't one of those types. If you'd like to include that file type in Alfred's default results, you can click on the Features > Default Results > Advanced button and drag the md file into the user-defined types there. I always recommend to have less stuff in your default results and separate file search to the [spacebar] prefix which keeps the default results focused, clean and fast. Cheers, Andrew
  14. Have you tried turning on Alfred's debug mode for the workflows which aren't working? This should give you a clue as to what's going on. I'm going to move this to the workflow help section to get more eyes on it.
  15. This should now be working in Alfred 2.7
  16. If you use cmd+down on the selected folder, this will take you into that folder in Alfred's navigation
  17. You may just need to reindex your Mac's metadata - there is a shortcut for this in Alfred's Advanced preferences > "Rebuild OS X Metadata" Let me know how you get on Cheers, Andrew
  18. There are a few workflows for this on the forum, I just found this one which uses your keychain for security: http://www.alfredforum.com/topic/5491- Cheers, Andrew
  19. Hmm are you sure the s isn't just matching part of the title or keyword of the snippet? Could you also double check that you don't have Alfred 1 and Alfred 2 running also, just in case you are configuring one of them but using the other? I think I'm going to have to get a bit more info from you, can you pop an email to our info@alfredapp address please
  20. Ah sorry about this, I made the fixes / changes based on a sandbox receipt instead of the live store receipt. Would you mind updating to 2.7 pre-release b385 and trying again. Cheers, Andrew
  21. If all the applications are within your search scope, there could be an indexing issue. First thing to try is to reindex OS X from the shortcut in Alfred's Advanced preferences > "Rebuild OS X Metadata", then typing "reload" into Alfred. It may take up to an hour, but this should fix things! Let me know how you get on
  22. If you could update to the 2.7 pre-release (from Alfred's update preferences, select pre-release at the bottom), this connection issue should now be sorted! Let me know how you get on Cheers, Andrew
