    Hello, thanks a lot for your FAST reply. No I did not used any cleaning tool. I did not even restart the computer. And I hesitate to restart it now... Thanks for the info. Does updates removes preferences? Even my theme changed but AFTER my websearched were erased... Something very weird happened. Alfred gradually deleted my preferences. Never seen that before. I don't use timemachine sadly.
