MacDaddy
I'm trying to create a random Quote generator with Random Snippets. Random uses a comma to separate, but many of my quotes also have commas in them. Is it possible to change the random deliminator so I'm able to use commas in my quotes? I tried using a Workflow Words from List, using Separated by New Line, but it doesn't paste anything (though it plays the sound after). I've tried with my quotes and single words and nothing shows in the text fields. If anybody has any suggestions to make it work, let me know! I have saved using the X and even exported it and tried again. Edited November 12, 2023 by MacDaddy clarification Link to comment

I tried New Line as well, but I can't get it to actually do anything other than play the sound at the end, the text doesn't show up anywhere. Link to comment

vitor
You’re not doing anything to the quotes. You’re picking one at random and then the workflow ends. Again, look at Oblique Strategies, linked above. It does exactly that but then shows the quote as Large Type. If you want to copy or paste it, use a Copy to Clipboard Output, and so forth.
