Pushing data from a file to the snippet instead of the clipboard

Recommended Posts

I am new in the forum, so pardon me if I haven't found a previous thread that this was already discussed with my quick research.

Do you know any way of dynamically adding data (like from a URL, or from a file in the system at snippet template
parsing time) when processing the template and pasting the outcome to the user's cursor prompt?

I would like ideally to:
- Populate a Dynamic Placeholder, that can query a web URL, and grab the Markdown text from there
- Then use that in the snippet template, parse as usual, and paste to the cursor location as usual snippets do

I know it might be a tricky ask, but it would be wonderful if that's possible!
Because this way Alfred can work with real-time data!
