solved Unable to access Powerpack

I went through the process to upgrade the Powerpack to version 5. I received a license code by email and entered it in, but got the following error message:

 

No eligible upgrade available for the entered details.

Code: 3002

 

I have no clue what to do from here, and am really stuck because I'm come to depend on Alfred heavily.

 

Has anyone else had this same problem?

It seems like you’re adding the PowerPack code on the website. You have to enter it in Alfred. Open Alfred’s Preferences (open Alfred and type preferences to see the option), then click PowerPack on the bottom left and enter your license.

I should have explained better. I also tried entering the license code in Alfred, and got the following error message:

 

License code not valid for Alfred 4.

Ensure that you have correctly entered the registered email address and all 4 lines of your license code.

Alfred 4.8 [1312] - macOS 12.6.3

 

I definitely entered the correct email and license code.

You’re entering the license into Alfred 4. Download Alfred 5 from from the website, open it, and add it there. After you’ve gone through the initial set up, you can delete Alfred 4 (move the application to the trash but do not use an app cleaner, since Alfred 4 and 5 share preference files).
