Is it possible to save a hotkey without it getting overridden when a workflow updates?

For example i assign a double press of option key to open obsidian workflow's "o" script filter by adding a hotkey directly to the workflow.

 

 

Which get overwritten when the workflow updates.

 

Is there a way I can call it from within my own workflow of shortcuts?
