Anyway to control the new macOS "Background sounds" found under accessibility

It is an awesome feature. It would be nice to switch sounds and start/stop with alfred.

That was more tedious than expected. 

It seems that with every update, Apple introduces breaking changes to the methods that allow toggling the background sounds.

 

This works - mostly reliably - on my end with macOS 14.4.1:
