solved difficulty creating a file action which opens PDFs in Create Booklet app

Hello,

 

I often create / print booklets to read my PDFs. I wanted to create a workflow to do so but it does not even show up in my list file actions.

 

There are 2 acions: File Action → Open File, and I defined the file type as PDF.

thank you for your reply.

 

1- first object to state that it's a file action

2- second object to open file (PDF type) with the create booklet app

 

I would do this by selecting the file in Finder → trigger the file actions with a shortcut

If you don’t see it then, macOS may not be recognising that file as a PDF. Try it on another file and see.

 

What does the file troubleshooter say?
