System command question (Sleep Displays, specifically)

Recommended Posts

I use the Sleep Displays command a lot. I would LOVE to be able to trigger it by typing SD because the keys are so close together, but the only item that appears is Startup Disk. For Sleep Displays, SL (requiring both hands) is as close as I can get. Is there a technical reason that using SD for Sleep Displays is currently not possible, and do I really have to create a separate thread to add it as a feature request?

Thanks!

Have you set the sd keyword in Alfred Preferences → Features → System under Sleep:? If I do that then use that command, selecting the offered "Sleep” several times, I find it comes to the top of the list of results in no time.

Of course, you've not told us what version of Alfred you're using so I'm just guessing you might be able to do the same.
