pasting clipboard text as being typed by a human

Hi, is there an easy way to paste text from the clipboard as being typed by a human (with a certain delay between the characters), I need to record a video and it should appear typed. If not possible in Alfred, do any of you know another app that can do this?

There’s an Automation Task for that, under Extra Automation Tasks → Keyboard Simulation → Type Text, with three different speeds. You just need to connect some Input or Trigger to it, fill your text, and done.
