Eject without confirmation

Recommended Posts

I wanted to make a remote workflow that ejects specific external drives. I gave it two minutes and couldn't figure it out  :) so I decided to use the built-in Eject All.

I was surprised to see that it brought up a confirmation on the Mac. I'm not clear what the value of being remote is if I have to be at the Mac to confirm the action.

In the hope I'm missing something I thought I'd post this.

You can turn off the confirmation for Eject All (or any of the system commands) by double clicking on the Eject All item in Alfred's Remote prefs and unticking Confirm :)
